Account information

You need to transfer your account to the new site. It just takes a few simple steps to transfer all your data and start enjoying all our new, free learning solutions:

  • Go to learning.efi.com and select “log in.”
  • Enter your user name, which is the email address we used to send you this message.
  • Enter a new password.
  • Find the activation email we sent you, and click on the link to activate your account. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your junk folder.

When you click “Login,” you are prompted to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, just click “Forgot your password?” The system will send you an email containing a link to reset your password.

Log in to your account. Locate the learner icon at the far right and select “Your Account” using the dropdown menu. Make your new selections.

If you have subscribed to receive any type of notifications, newsletters, or promotional courses; you can unsubscribe under your profile/account.

The EFI Partner Portal is a library of resources for our Partners: The EFI Global University is EFI´s learning management system, and is available for everyone. It uses a different platform.
You will need to create a separate account to gain access to our learning deliverables.

Navigation

Learners will have the best experience with a Windows® or Macintosh workstation. They can also view content on mobile devices.

Select Fiery products on the Learning@EFI home page and browse by Area of Interest, Learning Solution, Learning Path, or Product. You can also download our catalog.

To locate your courses or learning solutions, login and go to your Learner Dashboard and select Current.

Use the top navigation bar and click on Fiery Products.

Although, You will be prompted to use the shopping cart for eLearning and Simulation learnings.

 

Learning Solutions

All of our learning solutions are now free, with the exception of our two certification programs.

To enroll in a course, you can click on the icon or the title

A bundle represents a group of learning solutions related to and organized around a specific topic. A course refers to single learning solution.

These are all good courses and resources for a beginner:

  • Fiery-200 Command WorkStation®
  • Fiery-220 Creating Automated Workflows
  • Fiery-300 Optimizing Color and Consistency
  • Fiery-310 Color Workflow and Setup
  • Fiery-500 Understanding Variable Data Printing
  • Express Video: Creating Filter-view Tabs

There are no time limits or expiration dates.

You can access a course as many times as you need to, whenever you want to.

Login to your Learner Dashboard and and you will see a tab “Awards.” Click here to view your completions.

Please use the Activity report:

When you complete an eLearning course or a Simulation learning, you will receive a Proof of Completion. When you complete a Certification program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Our courses are in English only. In a later release we will add languages.

You can see what’s new on the learning slider located on the Fiery Product page, or look for the yellow NEW label.

Yes, you will be able to resume the course from where you left off.

 

Certification Programs


Fiery Professional Certification

You should plan for 20-25 hours of study, plus additional time to review course materials and take the online final exam.

We recommend that you follow the order the courses are listed in the program.

It will be important for you to review all the course Knowledge Checks and Quizzes prior to taking the exam.

You will receive a reminder email (90, 60, and 30 days) before the expiration of your certificate. The reminder email will contain the information you need to enroll in the recertification program.
If you don’t complete the recertification program before your expiration date, you will lose your certification status and will need to re-enroll in the appropriate certification program.

Log in to your Learner Dashboard and click on the “Awards” tab. You will find all your certificates of completion there.

EFI sends you the logo, along with your letter of recognition, by email. The email goes out within 5 business days after you complete the program.

The system will email you a receipt. If, for some reason, you have misplaced or cannot locate that email, you can log in to your Learner Dashboard and go to your Inbox at the top right to see another copy.

If you order one of our certification programs, you will be asked to provide your country and your tax ID during the checkout process.


Fiery Expert Certification

You should plan for 8-10 hours, plus you will need to attend a two-day instructor-led class. You can register and choose a location once you have enrolled in the Expert Certification program.

We recommend that you follow the order the courses are listed in the program.

It will be important for you to review all the course Knowledge Checks and Quizzes prior to taking the exam.

You will receive a reminder email (90, 60, and 30 days) prior to the expiration of your certification. The reminder email will contain the information you need to enroll in the recertification program.
